As the title suggests, me and my best friend Oli did a trip to London together.<\/p>\n

When the plane started my anticipation increased by 10 times.
\nAnd when we landed and the sun was shining, I couldn’t control the smile in my face any longer.<\/p>\n

In the inner city arrived, we started taking photos and couldn’t stop. We walked along the Thames promenade and found again and again beautiful and special markets and shops.
\nAmong other things the incredibly recommended Borough Market near the London Bridge.
\nThe market consists of the most varied food and artifacts. At almost every corner there are flowers to buy and the food ranges from Thai to Lebanese to Ethiopian food.
\nAfterwards we went to Big Ben and the tourist center. Which of course shouldn’t be missing.
\nAfter we passed the London Eye, Westminster and Buckingham Palace, we set out for our home and friend in Southfields.<\/p>\n

Our second day started with breakfast in Fulham and then we drove to the other end of London. To Camden Town.
\nCamden Town is a city district of London and is known for the somewhat alternative Camden Market.
\nVintage, art, music and, of course, food are also available at every corner and the stands are arranged in Asian style next to each other.
\nWith some shopping bags more in the hand we went back towards the center and with hurting feet finally went to bed.<\/p>\n

Day Three & Four were devoted to the eastern inner city and Soho, and we walked from second-hand shop to second-hand shop, and discovered cafes, street art and music.
\nAnd to be honest, this part of London was the most beautiful for me. The people strolled in the streets, and we were re-inspired and surprised no matter where we looked.<\/p>\n

So all in all , London captivated me and in me the somewhat crazy thought awakened to pack my suitcases again and become a part of the city.<\/p>\n

Hallo ihr Lieben,<\/p>\n

Wie der Titel glaube ich schon verr\u00e4t, ging es f\u00fcr mich und Oli letzten Woche f\u00fcr ein paar Tage in k\u00f6nigliche Gefilde. Nach London.<\/p>\n

Mit dem Flugzeug ging es los und meine Vorfreude stieg schon um das 10-Fache an, als ich die kleinen Backsteinh\u00e4user aus dem Fenster sehen konnte. Als wir landeten und die Sonne schie\u00df, konnte ich meine Mundwickel nat\u00fcrlich nicht mehr kontrollieren.<\/p>\n

In der Innenstadt angekommen, ging dann das Fotografieren los. Wir wanderten mit unseren Koffer an der Themse-Promenade entlang und entdeckten immer wieder unglaublich sch\u00f6ne und ausgefallene M\u00e4rkte und L\u00e4den.<\/p>\n

Unter anderem den unglaublich empfehlenswerten Borough Market in der N\u00e4he der London Bridge.<\/p>\n

Der Markt besteht aus den unterschiedlichsten Essens und Kunstst\u00e4nden. An fast jeder Ecke gibt es Blumen zu kaufen und die Essensst\u00e4nde reichen von Thail\u00e4ndisch zu Libanesischem zu \u00c4thiopischem Essen. Es ist wirklich f\u00fcr jeden was dabei.<\/p>\n

Weiter ging es im Richtung Big Ben und das touristische Center. Was nat\u00fcrlich nicht fehlen durfte.<\/p>\n

Als wir am London Eye, Westminster und Buckingham Palace vorbei waren, machten wir uns auf den Weg zu unserem Schlafplatz und Freund in Southfields.<\/p>\n

Unsren zweiten Tag starteten wir mit einem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck in Fulham und fuhren danach ans andere Ende von London. Nach Camden Town.<\/p>\n

Camden Town ist ein Stadtviertel Londons und ist bekannt f\u00fcr den etwas alternativen Camden Market. Vintage, Kunst, Musik und nat\u00fcrlich auch Essen gibt es an jeder Ecke und die St\u00e4nde reihen sich im asiatischen Stil nah nebeneinander auf.<\/p>\n

Mit einigen Einkaufst\u00fcten mehr in der Hand ging es Richtung Center zur\u00fcck und mit plattgelaufenen F\u00fc\u00dfen dann auch endlich ins Bett.<\/p>\n

Tag Drei & Vier wurden der \u00f6stlichen Innenstadt und Soho gewidmet und wir steuerten von Second-Hand Laden zu Second-Hand Laden und entdeckten dabei immer wieder Cafes, Stra\u00dfenkunst und -musik. Und um ehrlich zu sein, war dieser Part Londons der sch\u00f6nste f\u00fcr mich. Die Leute tummelten sich auf den Stra\u00dfen, und man wurde egal wo man hinschaute neu inspiriert und \u00fcberrascht.<\/p>\n

Auf den Punkt getroffen, hat mich London in seinen Bann gezogen und in mir den den etwas verr\u00fcckten Gedanken geweckt meine Koffer zu packen und ein Teil der Stadt zu werden.<\/p>\n
